DEFINITIONS

USER:

Shall include any person who has attained 16 years of age and is legally competent to enter into a valid contract, irrespective of any nationality, and accesses the Website of EM for any legitimate interest only.

Shall mean and include Trademarks, Copyrights, Website content, Logos, Words, terminologies, business concept etc. belonging to Website.

CYBER CRIME:

Shall mean any act or omission committed by the User or any third party for any illegal or unlawful purposes(s) by utilizing the services provided by the Website of EM.

SERVICES

‘EMOTORAD’, creates electric bicycles, electric scooters, electric bikes and their parts. These vehicles are carefully created and manufactured by EMOTORAD for creating an environment friendly alternative for the usage of bikes, scooters and other vehicles.

Users shall create an account and maintain confidentiality of login details.
The Platform has the exclusive right to suspend or block access in event of breach.
Paid activities are directed to third-party payment gateways; EM is not responsible for Payment Gateway issues.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information collected from the User shall be confidential and not shared with unauthorized third parties.

May be shared with Affiliates, group companies, and employees for business promotion.
May be shared with law enforcement and governmental authorities for compliance.
May be shared if required for platform launches (iOS, Android, Google, Microsoft).

USER CONDUCT

Users must abide by these rules, including but not limited to:

No unauthorized collection of other users' data.
No impersonation or use of others' accounts without consent.
No publishing of harassing, blasphemous, obscene, or illegal content.
No infringement on Intellectual Property rights.

Any dispute arising with respect to the usage or services shall be referred to Arbitration. In the event of litigation, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
